JOB SUMMARY

Axionlog is seeking to add a salespeople to their team. Both will be based in the Orlando area. Ideally successful candidates will be in place prior to the start of employment. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work from a home office located within your assigned territory and travel to visit your customers and prospects 60–70% of the month. You have the ability to prospect effectively in person and over the phone.

As an essential requirement for this position, you must reside in the central and/or southern area of the city of Orlando, as prospecting activities are conducted within this territory and you need to speak englis and spanish langiuage too.

Knowledge in the frozen seafood industry is preferred but not required if you have a proven track record of success in a complex sales environment, the ability to learn quickly, and can retain knowledge.

You are adept at selling solutions that require a consistent relationship with the customer. You are well-spoken, can command a room’s attention, and have high energy levels. People consider you a leader, and you treat your sales territory as your own business. You are accustomed to tracking your sales activities and metrics as a source of effectiveness and continuous improvement.

While operating at a high level, you understand and embrace training and coaching as a source of continuous growth. Salespeople who fail to earn at a high level will not succeed at Axionlog.
